Slowcoaches by name, anything but by nature, this London-based punk force have only reaffirmed their status as such with their recent debut LP, Nothing Gives.

As they gear up to no doubt slay the Lexington tomorrow night, we fired some quick questions at the band’s Heather Perkins in an effort to get to know them a bit better.

If I had to describe my music in 3 words, I’d use…
Disposable, hooky, loud.

My favourite film ever is…
Harold and Maude

The most famous person I’ve met is…
Mark Owen from Take That

The song I hate the most is…
Every Breath You Take – The Police

The worst job I’ve ever had is…
Serving champagne at the Conservatives Party summer party.

If I was in a tribute band it would be…
I did a tribute band called The Knock-Offspring last Halloween and it was the best show I’ve ever played.

My favourite word is…
Bedtime

If I had a super power I’d want it to be…
To never get hangovers.

If I could play a gig anywhere it would be…
In my bed.

I think you should listen to…
Your mum

If I could see anyone play live it would be…
Wipers
