Nicholas Krgovich // In Short

Nicholas Krgovich

In various guises Canada’s Nicholas Krgovich seems to have been flitting around the musical landscape for years, probably most prominently in P:ano, the purveyors of orchestral pop whose Brigadoon album was a real 2005 highlight. He’s also collaborated with the likes of Mount Eerie and Nite Jewel. Now stepping into the spotlight alone, and recording under his given name, Krgovich’s latest record On Sunset is a wonderfully cinematic swoop of 80s-tinged pop, resonating with faded glamour and late night ennui.

We caught up with Nicholas ahead of his show supporting Sinkane tonight at Oslo to get to know him a little better.
