This month we’re pretty preoccupied by the closure of one of London’s biggest and most impacting clubs around. Amazing at supporting new artists, searching out talent, and of course giving us a place to dance all night long, the decision to revoke their licence is one that has deep and severe consequences. Flip to the back to read Fabric employee Rob Booth‘s account of what this means to him. On the happier side of things we’ve only got the joyful Kero Kero Bonito on the cover! Don’t miss their fantastic new album. American Football have a chat about their reformation, whilst Cakes Da Killa makes it clear his new record is the focus. Kelly Lee Owens is our New Sound this month thanks to Gem Samways. Julia Jacklin tells us tales of London getting better, whilst Ultimate Painting give you all the tips on their favourite places. October is one hell of a month.
