With just over a week to go, it’s time to get serious about Field Day. Who’s playing when? On what stage? And will Run the Jewels clash with Moodymann? Luckily for you, all the answers to your pressing festival questions are here.
Field Day returns triumphantly for its 10th anniversary edition to Victoria Park on Saturday, June 3rd. The festival boasts eight exciting stages this year – with London in Stereo proudly teaming up with the Moth Club to offer a day and night of music not to be missed.
The artists and stage times for the London in Stereo stage are as follows:
12.30 – Andy Shauf
13.45 – Idris Ackamoor & The Pyramids
15.00 – BEAK>
16.10 – Gaika
17.05 – Sinkane
18.15 – Silver Apples
19.25 – Clams Casino
20.35 – PC Music (feat Danny L Harle, A G Cook and Hannah Diamond)
21.35 – Omar Souleyman
You read that right. It’s a veritable riot of rhythms and musical misfits from around the world, which culminates in the dancefloor mayhem of Syrian maverick Omar Souleyman.
This year’s festival boasts an exciting new addition in The Barn. It’s a gigantic hangar-like construction with a state of the art high-powered sound system and one of the most technologically advanced lighting rigs. Big enough to rival the main stage, The Barn will be an unmissable spectacle – which features the reclusive Aphex Twin as the headliner, with support from Marcel Dettmann and Nina Kraviz.

Sure. You’ll also get hungry during the day. And certainly thirsty. Which is why organisers are hosting a variety of food stalls offering a wide range of food including organic, vegetarian and vegan options. And most importantly, beer. Specifically, the Field Day Citrus Pale ale from Hackney’s Five Points Brewing Company. It’s made with Mosaic hops, zest and cats (not really).
It’s Field Day. Time to get with the programme. Meow.
