Empara Mí’s newest single ‘Ditch’ exudes an enticingly intoxicating dynamism. A heady and opulent combination of soaring, resonant vocals and potent hip-hop beats intertwined with a warped, dark sample of Mozart’s ‘Requiem’, we’ve got an exclusive preview of the track’s suitably impactful, tenacious visual accompaniment right here.

Having released her debut single ‘Wanderlust’ to great acclaim back in 2016, the Guernsey born and raised artist, who moved to London to pursue her music as a teenager, has been going from strength to strength with each new release. She’s collaborated with Kojey Radical on her track ‘Spoon’ and this year has seen Empara Mí showcase an even bolder, more emotive and dramatic sonic direction establishing her as an undeniably exciting, striking avant-garde artist.

Ahead of the new video coming out tomorrow, we caught up with the London-based artist to find out a little more about her.
