This month Australian duo DZ Deathrays return with their energetic second album Black Rat. Keeping their thrilling brand of raucous, catchy rock at its heart but showing a different more dynamic structure to the pair’s songwriting ability, they’re as additictive as always with even more reason to sing-along. This goes for their live show too, there’s no way you won’t want to get involved with their whirlwind performances, their pounding bass drum and walls of guitars crashing down upon you.

Now DZ Deathrays head back to London to celebrate their album release (Shacklewell Arms – August 18th) so we got to know the duo a little better:
