The next Ja Ja Ja night is fast approaching and this time it just so happens to fall on the spookiest night of the year. Ahead of the show on the 31st, we get to know Norweigan artist Birgitta Alida In Short.

With an aptitude for crafting crystalline, dreamy, and dulcet pop tracks Birgitta Alida’s sound is vibrant and imbued with nostalgia. The kind of music that instantly transports you away to hazy summer days (which is exactly what we need given the inevitable arrival of winter chills), Alida released her debut single ‘Something Real’ earlier this year and each track she’s released since has offered a graceful and glistening introduction to her sound.

She plays alongside Janice and The Entrepreneurs this Thursday (31st) at The Lexington for the next instalment of Ja Ja Ja. Get to know Birgitta Alida In Short…
