The Belfast festival returns to London this weekend for a two day takeover at Printworks…
Beloved Belfast festival AVA lands at Printworks this weekend for their sophomore London edition. Friday 13th March will feature a full day conference, and the following day will feature an all-dayer club show with a packed-out lineup.
AVA is known for hosting some of the best in electronic music at their Belfast home, and some of the liveliest, silliest dance floors too (skip to 43:50 in the Space Dimension Controller set below for a taster.) For 2020, Saturday’s AVA London club show will be headlined by the mighty Orbital, with support from the likes of our favourite man Joy O, a live show from Overmono, Peach, Belfast’s own party starter Sally C, and a DJ set from Ross from Friends.
This Friday, following up from last year’s infamous Q&A with London’s Night Czar Amy Lamé, Printworks will host the AVA London conference. Orbital will be speaking at the conference as well as DJing the day after, with representatives from Resident Advisor, Ninja Tune and PRS for Music all taking part in the panels and Q&As too.
