For their last show of 2019 at Strongroom, Spectrum Gigs hosts a glorious line-up of electronic artists featuring Austel, Ever Hazel, and she makes sounds. Ahead of the show this Wednesday we get to know Austel In Short.

With spectral, brooding melodies blended with effervescent electro-pop beats and ethereal vocals, Austel offers soaring, enveloping soundscapes. Austel released her debut EP Unfold last summer comprising five emotive and atmospheric tracks that are at once delicately intimate and potently fearless in their fragility. Her latest single ‘Now We’re Here’ takes her sound further into infectious electro-pop realms whilst maintaining her distinct otherworldly, dark ambience.
