Surfer Blood

The Dome – September 30th (with Eternal Summers) // Rough Trade East – September 29th (Free – 1pm)

It’s been a while since laid-back Floridian summer-rock band Surfer Blood have graced our shores and bought the sun to visit, but what better time to catch them, than with the release of their third, and most accomplished album yet? 1000 Palms found a middle ground between raw energy and fuzzy guitars captured on their first album and the polished sound of their second album, bringing their natural ability to write incredible hooks to the forefront. With the band doing two shows this week, there’s no excuse to miss them this time round.
